On Sunday (January 27), Billy Ray Cyrus broke his silence following his son Trace’s recent posts on Instagram where he pleaded for his dad to get help. Cyrus shared a music video on YouTube for his 2009 song, “Somebody Said a Prayer.” The clip features footage of a young Trace, whom Billy Ray adopted in 1993 after marrying his now ex-wife, Tish Cyrus. “Sunday callin,” the country star captioned the video. “Giving thanks for the California Rain .
